Happy Room is a brutal and inventive simulation game where your goal is to inflict as much damage as possible on a test dummy. You are given an empty laboratory and a budget to deploy an arsenal of traps, weapons, and hazards—ranging from simple spikes and mines to lasers, black holes, and automated turrets. Your objective is to create the most devastating combination of physics-based destruction to complete specific testing goals.
Every round is a new experiment in chaos. You arrange your deadly contraptions on the floor, walls, and ceiling, then release the dummy to see how your setup performs. The meta-progression is addictive: the more damage your dummy sustains as it bounces around the room, the more money you earn to unlock deadlier, high-tech upgrades for your next test.
Controls
- Mouse / Touch: Navigate menus, select and place traps, and interact with the laboratory.
- Click and Drag: Position your weapons precisely around the room.
Tips that actually help
- Chain your damage: Space out your traps so the dummy bounces from one hazard directly into another. A good combo is placing a springboard that launches the dummy into a ceiling laser or a spinning blade.
- Focus on the current test: Don’t just build randomly. Check the specific tasks on your clipboard (like dealing a certain amount of damage with a specific weapon) to unlock the next tier of items faster.
- Use gravity and momentum: The dummy is affected by physics. Position your heaviest hitters where the dummy will have maximum speed.
