Your patient arrives at the clinic with cavities, heavy plaque, broken teeth, and sore gums, and it is entirely up to you to restore their smile. The game walks you step-by-step through a full dental procedure, highlighting the right tool for each problem and letting you see the immediate, satisfying results of your work.
The gameplay is fully mouse-driven and plays like an interactive puzzle. You will pick up water sprayers to rinse the mouth, suction tubes to clear away fluids, and drills to clean out deep cavities before filling them. As you successfully treat each issue, new instruments unlock to handle the next phase of the treatment, right down to pulling out teeth that cannot be saved and adding decorative braces.
