Blumgi Slime
Blumgi Slime is a physics-based puzzle platformer where you control a bouncy slime trying to reach the checkered finish line. Instead of running and jumping traditionally, you hold down to charge your jump, aim your trajectory, and release to fling your slime across the level. The longer you hold, the farther you fly.
Every level is a short, single-screen challenge filled with platforms, gaps, and obstacles. You have to figure out the right angle and power to land safely, often bouncing off walls or using mid-air drops to correct your path. It even features a local two-player mode where you can race a friend to the goal on the same keyboard.
Controls
Single-Player
- Hold Left Click / Tap and Hold: Charge your jump and aim.
- Release: Launch the slime.
- Click / Tap in mid-air: Perform a downward slam.
Two-Player Mode (PC)
- Player 1: Hold and release A to charge and jump.
- Player 2: Hold and release M to charge and jump.
Tips for Success
- Use the mid-air slam: If you overshoot your jump, click again while flying to drop straight down. This is crucial for landing on small platforms.
- Watch your charge meter: You don’t always need max power. Sometimes a gentle hop is safer than a full-strength fling.
- Bounce off walls: Your slime is bouncy. You can intentionally bank shots off walls to get around tricky corners.
