Thirty years after the original pizzeria closed its doors, the events that took place there have become nothing more than rumors and childhood memories. Now, the owners of Fazbear’s Fright: The Horror Attraction are determined to revive the legend. There is only one real animatronic left in the building—Springtrap—but he is more than enough to end your shift permanently. You must survive from midnight to 6 AM while managing a fragile network of security cameras, ventilation systems, and audio devices.

Unlike previous games, you are no longer dealing with a swarm of wandering robots. The tension in Five Nights at Freddy’s 3 comes from tracking a single, highly intelligent threat as he crawls through the hallways and air ducts toward your office. Phantom versions of old animatronics will randomly appear to jumpscare you, causing system errors that blind your cameras or disable your defenses. You have to constantly reboot your equipment while making sure Springtrap hasn’t slipped out of sight. The game runs entirely in the browser with nothing to install.

Controls

  • Mouse Movement: Move your cursor to the edges of the screen to look around the office.
  • Left Click: Interact with the camera monitor (right side) or the maintenance panel (left side).
  • Play Audio: Click the button on the camera feed to play a voice clip and lure Springtrap to that room.
  • Seal Vent: Double-click a vent camera to close it off and block Springtrap’s path.

Tips that actually help

  • Lure him to Cam 9 or 10: Keep playing audio in the rooms furthest from your office. If he is in Cam 9, playing audio in Cam 10 will often draw him there, keeping him trapped on the other side of the building.
  • Fix ventilation first: When multiple systems fail, always prioritize rebooting the ventilation. If you lose air, your vision blurs, you start hallucinating phantom animatronics, and Springtrap will move much faster.
  • Seal the vents immediately: If you spot Springtrap climbing into a vent on the camera, double-click that camera right away to seal it. If he makes it through the vent system, he drops directly into your office.
  • Ignore the phantoms: Phantom animatronics cannot kill you. When they disable a system, stay calm, pull up the maintenance panel, and hit “Reboot All” if more than one system is flashing.
