Top Speed 3D is an open-world driving simulator that hands you the keys to a garage full of sports cars and turns you loose in a massive, empty city. There is no traffic, no police, and no race timer. Instead, you get a pure sandbox environment where you can tune your vehicle’s performance, paint it any color, and see just how fast you can push it on the highway.
