Heart Star
Heart Star is a charming puzzle-platformer where teamwork is the only way forward. You control two separate characters—a pink girl and a blue boy—who must both reach the golden pedestal at the end of each stage. The catch is that each character can only walk on platforms of their own color, while purple platforms are solid for both.
To solve the increasingly tricky levels, you’ll need to constantly switch between the two heroes. Since they can stand on each other’s shoulders, you’ll frequently use one character as a stepping stone to help the other clear high walls or cross hazardous spike pits. It starts simple but quickly evolves into a clever test of spatial logic and positioning.

Tips that actually help
- Think in pairs: Before moving, look at where both characters need to end up. You rarely want to move one all the way to the goal before bringing the other along.
- Piggyback rides: A character can safely stand on their partner’s head. If a blue character is standing on a blue block, the pink character can stand on the blue character to avoid falling through.
- Mind the spikes: Hazards are dangerous to both characters regardless of color. Make sure you don’t accidentally drop one hero onto a trap while shifting the other.
