Color Tunnel is a high-speed, first-person endless runner that tests your reflexes as you hurtle down a brightly colored, continuously rotating tube. The premise is simple but punishing: avoid the red obstacles that block your path. Because you move along the inner wall of a cylindrical tunnel, dodging requires spinning the entire environment around you to find the gaps before you crash.
As you survive longer, the pace increases and the tunnel shifts patterns, introducing moving barriers, sudden visual changes, and tighter gaps. It’s a game of raw reaction time and pattern recognition, where a single mistake sends you right back to the start. The game runs directly in your browser with no installation needed.
Controls
Color Tunnel only requires horizontal movement to rotate around the inside of the tube.
- Left Arrow or A: Move left
- Right Arrow or D: Move right
- Spacebar: Restart after a crash
Tips for Surviving
- Look deep into the tunnel: Don’t stare at your immediate surroundings. Keep your eyes fixed on the horizon to spot the gaps in upcoming barriers early.
- Watch for moving obstacles: Some barriers rotate or slide back and forth. You have to anticipate where the gap will be by the time you reach it, not just where it is right now.
- Make small adjustments: Oversteering is the easiest way to crash. Learn exactly how far a quick tap moves you so you don’t accidentally dodge into the edge of a wall.
