Slime Laboratory
Slime Laboratory is a physics-based puzzle platformer where you control a blob of green slime trying to escape a hazardous facility. Your character’s unique physics define the entire game—you can stretch, squish, and slide through narrow gaps that normal platformer characters could never fit into. The movement feels distinctly slippery and elastic, requiring you to master the momentum of your gelatinous body to survive.
Each level is filled with deadly traps like acid pools, lasers, and spikes. To make it to the exit, you need to collect smaller slime blobs to grow larger, or carefully squeeze your way through tiny pipes to access hidden areas. Finding the scattered floppy disks in each level adds an extra layer of challenge for completionists.
Controls
- Left/Right Arrows or A/D: Move left and right
- Up Arrow or W: Jump
- Down Arrow or S: Flatten to squeeze through narrow gaps
Tips that actually help
- Manage your size: Bigger isn’t always better. Sometimes you need to be smaller to fit through certain gaps or avoid triggering traps. Pay attention to your mass.
- Use your momentum: Because the slime is slippery, it takes a moment to stop or change direction. Start your jumps slightly earlier than you would in a rigid platformer.
- Don’t rush the pipes: When sliding through narrow pipes, watch for hazards at the exit point before you drop out.
The game runs directly in your browser with no installation needed, making it a perfect quick session for fans of physics puzzles and classic platforming.
