Rotate
Rotate is a spatial puzzle-platformer where shifting the entire level is the only way forward. Instead of simply jumping over obstacles, you must rotate the room itself by 90 degrees to change the direction of gravity. Walls become floors, ceilings become walls, and seemingly impossible gaps become easy drops as you navigate your character toward the exit door.
The challenge comes from thinking in multiple orientations at once. As the levels progress, you’ll need to carefully time your rotations while in mid-air to dodge spikes and slip through narrow passages. It starts as a simple mind-bender and quickly evolves into a test of both platforming reflexes and spatial awareness.
Controls
- Arrow Keys or WASD: Move and jump
- Q and E: Rotate the level left or right
- R: Restart the level
Tips that actually help
- Visualize the fall: Before rotating, look at where your character will land. Make sure you aren’t about to drop directly onto a spike.
- Mid-air rotation: Some of the harder levels require you to jump off a ledge and rotate the room while you are falling to safely catch a different wall.
- Momentum carries over: When you shift gravity, any forward speed you had will affect your trajectory as you fall.
