Three Goblets
Three Goblets is a surprisingly deep, progression-focused browser game where you build an increasingly powerful hero from scratch. You start with basic auto-attacks and quickly spiral into an addictive loop of slaying enemies, gathering varied loot, and managing an ever-growing inventory. The challenge lies in balancing your stats, choosing the right abilities, and deciding which targets to prioritize in battle.
Despite playing largely automatically in combat, the game demands constant active management between fights. Whenever your hero inevitably falls, you return to the forge with new resources to dismantle old gear, craft stronger weapons, and invest in custom talents. Each run pushes you a little further into harder dungeon zones as you refine your optimal build.
Controls
- Use the Mouse to navigate menus and click enemies to prioritize them during combat.
- Hold Shift + Click on items to quickly dismantle them.
- Press S for the quick dismantle shortcut (in updated versions).
Tips that actually help
- Target key threats: Pay attention to enemy perks. Manually target the most dangerous or supportive foes first rather than letting your hero auto-attack randomly.
- Dismantle often: Don’t hoard low-level gear. Dismantle unused equipment constantly to gather materials for crafting much stronger, rarer items at the forge.
- Experiment with builds: If you’re stuck on a particular level, try reallocating your skill points. A different talent build might be exactly what you need for that specific challenge.
